• Designed to protect inverters, solar panels and auxiliary equipment in the DC circuits of photovoltaic stations.
  Provides comprehensive protection against surges caused by both direct lightning strikes (Class 1) and indirect lightning strikes or switching processes (Class 2)

• Recommended for protecting solar panel strings and DC input circuits of grid-connected, hybrid and stand-alone inverters in private and industrial PV power plants.
• Mounted on a standard 35 mm DIN rail in DC switchboards (DC Combiner Box) at the border of lightning protection zones LPZ 0 – LPZ 1 and above.

Connection according to Y-scheme:

• Positive wire from solar panels to the “DC+” terminal on the SPD.
• Negative wire from solar panels to the “DC-” terminal on the SPD.
• Ground bus to the “PE” terminal on the SPD.
